AVRODRONES SURVEILLANCE AND INSPECTIONS INC., HOLDS INSURANCE FROM STARR INSURANCE LIMITED, Canada Branch.

The Avrodrones Surveillance and Inspections Inc., “Drone Flight” Captain / Operator is
certified and holds, the “Advance Level” certification from “Transport Canada Aviation”
for to operate the Drone up to 25 (kg) kilogram weight.

“AVRODRONES SURVELLIANCE AND INSPECTIONS INC.” Will use “Following Equipment”, and not exhausted.

1- Transport Canada “Aviation” approved and Registered/Type of drone and associated Controller, as per the requirement of the project.

2- Walkie Talkie “dedicated” for the communicate directly with “AIRTRAFIC CONTROLER at the Airport”... in case of emergency, Flyaway.

3- Walkie Talkie(s) for the communication between the “Drone Flight Captain” and the Flight Observer(s).

4- First Aid Kit...for emergencies.

5- Helipad visible and detected by the Drone for Landing, after operations.

6- “Fire Extinguisher” Transport Canada Aviation recommended.

7- Safety Helmet.

8- Coverall...visible for Safety.

9- Safety Shoes.

10-Safety Vest.

11-Pylons...for cordon off the drone operation premises. 

12-Safety and Emergency Procedures Check List on Wrist band. 

13-Laptop computer.

14- Video “Live link Streaming” option.

Flight Operations will include;- 

• Customer invite for the type of inspection and place of inspection.- 
• Pre-inspection discussion and negotiation.- 
• Finalizing the terms and conditions for the drone operation surveillance and inspection.- 
• Quotation submission for the Surveillance and Inspection.- 
• SITE SURVEY inspection(s) for the site, discussion, identifying, initiating and finalizing pre-operation
  procedures.- 
• Identifying, generating, sharing with customer and submitting to the customer, the site “Risk Assessment” challenges and operational site risks.- 
• Generating and sharing with customer the “Standard Operating Procedures” (SOPs)for the type and site operation.- 
• Flight Plan Preparation, Submission and Approval from NAV Canada .- 
• Conducting safe operation activity as per the flight plan approved from NAV Canada,considering all the safeties for the identified surveillance and inspection.- 
• Timely successful operation will highly depend on the safe and prevailing weather conditions, for safe drone operation(s).- 
• Drone surveillance and inspection operation, ”Live Streaming” visiting will be provided to the customer, upon request!

“AVRODRONES SURVELLIANCE AND INSPECTIONS INC.” Deliverables will depend on
the type of Inspection(s) challenged!
Deliverable will involve the type of “Surveillance and Inspections” in question, i.e. ;
- Type of inspection.
- Type of drone to use i.e. to carry (payload) weight of equipment.
- Type of software to use.
- Magnitude of insurance involved.
- Photos.
- Videos.
- Thermography with inspections.
- Analysis and Reporting.
- Training and certification.
- Travel and expense.
- “Live Streaming” video live link, upon customer’s request.

Charges detail will be provided, upon discussion.

Avrodrones Surveillance and Inspections Inc., will provide surveillance and inspections “Live
Streaming” live link to the customer, upon request.
